When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
wi1win conducts KYC verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
wi1win reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account at any time if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wi1win account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
wi1win will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from wi1win that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All transactions conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you. wi1win accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact wi1win support immediately to initiate an account lock and security review.
wi1win supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment channels as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
wi1win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
wi1win may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by Philippine law, including under the Anti-Money Laundering Act and its implementing regulations. Such disclosures do not require your prior consent where mandated by law.

wi1win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
wi1win does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits wi1win's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
wi1win reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, wi1win reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting wi1win support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wi1win platform, you agree to first contact wi1win's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. wi1win will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
wi1win reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wi1win will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the wi1win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
